A prime example of intentional leadership development is Hartford Homes, a regional homebuilder in Northern Colorado, which faced the challenge of maintaining momentum during market shifts. The Solution: A Strategic Leader Development Initiative

Before implementing solutions, MOTiV conducted an Executive Alignment Review (via the People Strategy Baseline - PSB) to assess leadership perception gaps. This process made sure interventions were highly targeted and scenario-specific.
